End of Week Pick Up Sticks: Chris Colfer

Glee actor Chris Colfer has done sold his (rather—ahem—unattractive) baby blue and bizarrely faux-quoined house on a steep hillside above L.A.'s Laurel Canyon for $945,000. (He paid, as per property records and reports from the time, $860,000 in March 2011.)

The Fresno-born falsetto, so we heard from the long-legged blond gal at Trulia Luxe Living, has already upgraded his living situation with a larger, gated, and more private (but no less architecturally satisfying) canyon view home with four bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms in a nearby neighborhood that he quietly picked up in mid-August (2013) for $1.59 million.
